Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and working as part of a technical production team, the main responsibilities focus on ensuring the continuous operation of industrial machinery. Preventive and corrective maintenance is performed on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, identifying and diagnosing complex faults to propose effective solutions. Additionally, damaged components are repaired, parts are replaced, and new equipment and conveyor lines are installed. Active collaboration in continuously improving machine reliability and optimizing the preventive maintenance plan is essential. All interventions are recorded in the maintenance management system, ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations. Close teamwork with production is critical to minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. This role requires responsibility, technical diagnostic ability, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic industrial environment. We seek a proactive, methodical individual committed to quality and safety, who can integrate into a multidisciplinary team in Montcada i Reixac. Vocational training (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field. Availability to work weekends. Minimum one year of proven experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance. Solid knowledge of industrial electricity, electrical panels, basic PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and general mechanics. Diagnostic and problem-solving capability. Knowledge of industrial safety regulations. Residency in Montcada or nearby areas, or having a personal vehicle, will be considered an advantage.
