We are currently looking for an **ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR** for our Outsourcing division who wishes to join our team. Are you interested?
**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Supervise installation, assembly, and testing of low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment and systems on site (transformer substations, switchgear, electrical panels, underground and overhead lines, industrial cabling, protection systems, etc.).
* Verify correct execution of work according to electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, control schematics, electrical memoranda, and engineering documentation.
* Coordinate daily activities with contractors and subcontractors, managing technical issues and ensuring proper sequencing of works.
* Review and validate installation of cable trays, conduits, cable laying, terminations, and continuity and insulation tests.
* Supervise electrical tests (LV/MV), functional tests, protection settings configuration, and commissioning of equipment.
* Monitor quality of materials, equipment, and construction procedures, ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and project standards.
* Prepare inspection reports, photographic progress tracking, and periodic reports on progress, deviations, and risks.
* Coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, control, and civil teams to ensure proper system integration.
* Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL) and electrical safety regulations across all activities.

REQUIREMENTS
**What are we looking for?**
* **Education:** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification (Higher Vocational Training with relevant experience).
* **Experience:** 3 \- 5 years’ experience supervising mechanical installations on industrial or mining sites.
* **Knowledge:**
* Proficiency in electrical technical software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, Caneco, Dialux) and Office 365; experience with automation and SCADA systems is desirable.
* Knowledge of international and national electrical regulations (REBT, IEC, IEEE).
* Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, control diagrams, and technical documentation.
* Knowledge of grounding systems, protection devices, selectivity, and service continuity.
* Intermediate-to-advanced technical English (desirable).
