Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the coordination of industrial contractors, client communication, and the definition/review of electrical schematics for automation and industrial control projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of industrial contractors on site 2. Direct contact with clients and organization of work teams 3. Definition and review of control and power electrical schematics At Admon Talent, we are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer specializing in automation and industrial control systems engineering in Barcelona city. RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and serve as the main point of contact with industrial contractors hired for each project, overseeing their progress. * Maintain direct contact with internal and external clients while organizing various work teams. * Define and review control and power electrical schematics. * Conduct FAT/SAT (Factory Acceptance Test / Site Acceptance Test) for electrical panels. * Perform measurements for budgeting electrical installations related to control, power, and compressed air systems. * Prepare and supervise project-related documentation. * Degree in Industrial Engineering (Electrical specialization) and/or Technical Industrial Engineering. * Minimum five years of experience designing complete electrical schematics from scratch—both control and power—for industrial automation or machinery projects (including protection calculations, component selection, power and control circuits, and safety circuits). * Experience managing teams and projects. * Experience estimating the economic cost of control and power electrical panels, and defining components to be supplied. * Knowledge of engineering design and sizing tools used for calculating and designing electrical systems (cables, low-voltage protection, and low-voltage panels). * Solid knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8\. * Solid knowledge of industrial components: contactors, safety relays, frequency inverters, motors, sensors, etc. * Basic knowledge of PLCs (reading schematics and collaborating with programmers) and communication protocols. * Solid knowledge of safety circuits. * Catalan, Spanish, and English (spoken and written). * Valid driver's license for occasional client visits. * Flexible split working hours Monday to Thursday (intensive Friday). * Real growth opportunities within a company with over 40 years of history. * SBA: 40\.000\-45\.000€
