### **IT & Digital Transformation Director** Ribadumia (Pontevedra) \| Hybrid work model At Grupo Clave, we support a solid and growing company entering a decisive stage of technological evolution. We are seeking an **IT & Digital Transformation Lead** who wishes to take on a strategic challenge: leading the company's technological modernization and becoming a key agent of change within the organization. We are not looking solely for a technology expert. We seek a profile with business vision—capable of understanding how a company operates, identifying improvement opportunities, and transforming processes through technology solutions that deliver real value. The implementation of a new ERP will be one of the flagship projects for this role. ### **Your mission** You will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology strategy, leading digitalization projects, system integration initiatives, and continuous process improvement—acting as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. ### **Key responsibilities** * Lead the selection and implementation of the new corporate ERP. * Analyze processes across different departments to optimize their performance. * Coordinate technology vendors, consultants, and partners. * Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives. * Define the technology architecture and oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud services. * Integrate the company’s various tools and systems. * Design KPIs and dashboards to facilitate decision-making. * Support the organization through technological change processes. ### **What we are looking for** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in IT leadership roles. * Participation in and leadership of ERP implementation projects. * Experience in digital transformation and process improvement. * Ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution. * Leadership, influence, and change management skills. ### **What the company offers** * Join a stable, forward-looking business project. * A strategic position with direct access to senior management. * Significant decision-making authority and organizational impact. * Hybrid work model, with 1–2 days per week of telecommuting. * An environment where you can build, lead, and leave your mark. **If you are motivated to lead a company’s technological transformation from within—with autonomy, strategic vision, and tangible business impact—we would love to meet you.**
