The role has a strong **hands-on** component, combining low-level Linux system operations, advanced administration of **AWS and Kubernetes** environments, automation via **Infrastructure as Code**, and end-to-end incident management under **ITIL4 and DevOps** frameworks. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** **Infrastructure and Cloud** * Solid experience with **AWS**: EC2, IAM, S3, RDS, Route53, Lambda, CloudWatch. * Advanced network management: **VPC, NAT, NACL, Security Groups, ALB/NLB**, and connectivity troubleshooting. * Advanced **Linux** administration in hybrid environments: * Process and performance debugging (ps, top, renice, strace, perf). * Network and traffic analysis (tcpdump, ngrep, netstat). * In-depth knowledge of the **TCP/IP** stack. * Advanced **systemd** management. * Filesystem problem resolution. * Package management (**deb/rpm**). * Kernel-level performance analysis (sysctl, /proc). * Deep understanding of **DNS**. * Advanced scripting and intermediate-to-advanced **SQL** knowledge. * Ability to manually interact with **APIs**. **Containers and Orchestration** * Advanced **Kubernetes (EKS)** management. * Experience with **Istio** and **Kong**. * Administration of **Big Data / Data Lake** platforms using Cloudera Manager: * HDFS, Spark, Hive, Kafka, Impala, Ranger, Atlas, HBase, Oozie. **Automation and Infrastructure as Code** * **Terraform** (required and critical). * Experience with **Ansible**. * Knowledge of **Packer**. **Observability and Security** * Monitoring with **Prometheus (Alertmanager), Grafana, CloudWatch, and ELK**. * Cloud security: **AWS Security Hub, IAM, CloudTrail, KMS**. * Identity and security management: **Kerberos, LDAP**. * Vulnerability scanning (Nessus or similar). **Operational Management** * Incident, problem, and change management under **ITIL4**. * Advanced use of **Jira, Jira Operations (Opsgenie)**, and **Confluence**. * Alert configuration and automated response using **SNS/SQS**. * Coordination with Level 3 (N3) and architecture teams. * Work following **Scrum, Kanban**, and **DevOps / Lean IT** principles. **Experience** * Over **5 years of experience** in similar roles: IT Operations / SRE / DevOps. ### **Desirable** * Certifications: **AWS, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), ITIL4, Terraform, DevOps, Red Hat/Ubuntu**. * Experience with **event-driven** architectures. * Advanced knowledge of **Apache Kafka**. * Experience with **PagerDuty**. ### **Additional Information** * **Location:** Based on available offices and current onsite policy. * **Sector:** Financial. * **Level:** Senior / Specialist.
