We are looking for a **Data Management Assistant** for our **Villalonga facilities**, whose main responsibilities would be as follows: * Organize, archive, and keep up-to-date all technical and administrative documentation of the department. * Design and maintain templates, formats, and internal documentation to optimize data management and departmental efficiency. * Document and update team processes, standards, and protocols, ensuring their proper dissemination. * Collect, process, and analyze returned products to identify incidents, patterns, and improvement opportunities. * Develop and maintain dashboards with key indicators (damage rates, incident rates, supplier performance) to support strategic decision-making. * Prepare and submit analytical reports and performance reports to the direct supervisor, ensuring data accuracy and traceability. * Enhance current reports and dashboards by integrating Google Workspace tools and foundational AI knowledge (including prompt design), improving automation, data quality, and reporting efficiency—while maintaining basic operational compatibility with Microsoft environments. * Collaborate with various teams to implement data-driven corrective and preventive actions. * Identify opportunities to improve departmental operations, collaborating with other areas to streamline processes and strengthen communication. * Maintain smooth and consistent communication with internal teams to coordinate workflows and share critical information.
