Responsibilities * Define and execute the data and analytics strategy, aligning priorities with business objectives and ensuring sustainable evolution of the function. * Establish and reinforce a data governance framework. * Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (data, analytics, and/or engineering profiles). * Act as a key liaison with business and technology areas to translate needs into concrete initiatives. * Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring scope, quality, and timeline adherence. * Support transformation and innovation initiatives where data serves as an enabler (automation, efficiency, operational improvement, and/or applied AI use cases). Requirements * Proven experience leading Data / Analytics / BI / Data Management functions in complex corporate environments. * Experience in data governance and cross-functional collaboration models (business, IT, risk/compliance where applicable). * Languages: Spanish and English; other languages are highly valued.
