For one of our strategic clients in the financial sector, we are hiring a **Data Engineer Analyst** with proven experience in advanced reporting environments, data governance, and distributed architectures. The selected candidate will join a project focused on optimizing the data lifecycle within the Credit Risk Reporting & Data Maintenance area, actively participating in the design, evolution, and automation of critical pipelines supporting business operations. The role involves seamless interaction with Data Engineering, Risk, Technology, and business domain teams, as well as contributing to the modernization of legacy tools—ensuring data quality, traceability, and consistency across the entire ecosystem. We seek an autonomous professional with strong analytical capabilities and experience working in highly regulated, demanding environments. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering or data management within financial services or big data environments. * Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization, CTEs, window functions). * Practical experience with Databricks, Spark, or equivalent distributed platforms. * Experience designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines. * Solid knowledge of data ingestion, data transformation, and orchestration in cloud environments. * Advanced understanding of data modeling, normalization, and data quality practices. * Ability to ensure data governance, traceability, and integrity within complex architectures. * High level of English. * University degree in STEM fields (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.). ### **Desirable** * Certifications or additional training in data platforms or cloud tools. * Experience in process automation and modernization of legacy tools. * Advanced Excel, VBA, and Microsoft Office Suite skills. * Prior experience in projects involving multidisciplinary teams and collaborative methodologies.
