Currently, we are strengthening our team and are looking to hire a professional with experience in **Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)** tools to lead the adoption, training, and transition process towards **Codebeamer**. **Responsibilities:** Design and execute the **Codebeamer ALM** adoption plan tailored to client needs. Deliver technical and functional training to involved teams (business users, engineering, quality, etc.). Act as the main point of contact to resolve queries, promote best practices, and ensure correct tool usage. Conduct post-training support and follow-up sessions. Identify risks and resistance during adoption, proposing effective solutions. Document procedures, user guides, and training materials.
