Ros Roca S.A., a company belonging to Terberg Environmental Holding BV Group, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of waste collection equipment, due to the need to strengthen the Engineering team, we need to fill the following position: ### **CE Engineer** **Responsibilities** * Carry out the necessary actions to ensure that CE certifications of various products, as well as related documentation, comply with existing regulations. * Apply current regulations and management guidelines regarding the product, especially those relating to quality, safety, health, environment, eco-design, and energy efficiency. * Assess improvement alternatives based on compliance with product requirements and environmental management systems. * Provide any other necessary information regarding the quality of processes used or proposed. **️What will you do in this role?** * Supervise and evaluate engineering changes that may affect the CE conformity of products, ensuring necessary updates are made to technical documentation. * Update and maintain technical files (Technical Files) according to applicable Directive/Regulation. * Collaborate closely with the product engineering team to verify compliance with regulatory requirements during product design, modification, or improvement. * Manage updates to user manuals and other required documentation, coordinating with the Technical Documentation Engineer. * Perform risk assessments and ensure their proper inclusion in technical documentation. * Coordinate testing with external laboratories when necessary to demonstrate compliance with harmonized standards. * Stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes that may affect the company's products. * Support internal and external audits related to regulatory compliance. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering or Master's in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. * Technical knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fields. * User-level proficiency in Microsoft D365\. * High level of English (oral and written), minimum B1 – C2 preferred\. * Knowledge of applicable European directives and regulations is desirable. * Knowledge of technical documentation and regulations is desirable. * Experience in similar roles is desirable. * Experience with notified bodies is desirable. * Knowledge of other international certifications (e.g., UCKA) is desirable. * Knowledge of CAD software such as SolidEdge is desirable. * Knowledge of PLM software such as Teamcenter is desirable.
