Business Line Manager **Location:** Alberic\-(Valencia) **Full-time \| Permanent contract** A growing company is seeking to hire a **Business Line Manager** to lead the development, growth, and profitability of a strategic unit within the organization. The selected candidate will assume overall management of the area, coordinating commercial, operational, and financial activities, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of objectives set by senior management. Requirements * Previous experience in managerial roles involving business management. * Experience in commercial development and customer management. * Leadership and team coordination capabilities. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Analytical skills for decision-making and performance indicator monitoring. * Negotiation, planning, and organizational skills. * High degree of autonomy, initiative, and proactivity. * Proficient use of management tools and Microsoft 365 environment\. * Interior design. * Personal vehicle\+ driver's license category B. Desirable * University degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields. * Experience in industrial, logistics, or service environments. * Experience in project management and process improvement. * Experience in team management and strong customer orientation. * Residence in the Ribera Alta region.
