Position Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Technician to identify opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and drive growth in automation and robotics. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and development of new industrial business opportunities. 2. Direct communication between clients and the engineering team. 3. Market and technological trend analysis for strategic growth. Deuser is the Robotics, Machinery Manufacturing, and Industrial Production Lines unit of ***Indra Group***. We are looking for a **Business Development Technician** with experience in the industrial sector, capable of identifying opportunities, delivering innovative solutions, and acting as a strategic liaison between clients and our engineering team. A key position to drive company growth in areas such as automation, SCADA, robotics, and Industry 4\.0\. ##### **Knowledge and Technologies:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development within the industrial sector. * Industrial automation and control systems: PLC, DCS, SCADA (WinCC OA, Wonderware, Ignition, etc.). * Industrial protocols and communications: Modbus, OPC UA, ProfiNET, Ethernet/IP. * Industrial, collaborative, and mobile robotics. * Digitalization and Industry 4\.0: MES/MOM, system integration, IIoT. * Cloud environments and modern infrastructures (Azure, AWS, or others). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills, able to build trust and establish strong client relationships. * Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, consistently maintaining motivation and the ability to deliver value-driven solutions in dynamic environments. ##### **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Identifying and developing new industrial business opportunities, with focus on automation, robotics, and digitalization. * Preparing and presenting technical proposals and tailored solutions aligned with potential clients’ needs. * Serving as the direct liaison between clients and the engineering team, translating requirements into viable, value-added solutions. * Analyzing markets, technological trends, and competition to identify strategic growth opportunities. * Supporting project management from pre-sales through to closure, ensuring a smooth handover to the technical team. * Representing the company at meetings, industry events, and trade fairs, enhancing brand visibility. ##### **Additional Information:** * **Hybrid / Remote work mode in Córdoba (Spain) or other office locations.** * Even if your profile is not 100% aligned, Deuser will provide specific training to equip candidates with any missing knowledge. * **Preferred qualifications:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields; or equivalent professional experience providing similar knowledge. * **Languages:** Spanish; Portuguese and Italian are highly desirable.
