Drive innovation, automation, and continuous improvement of BIM processes. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly qualified **BIM Manager** to lead BIM strategy and multidisciplinary coordination on innovative projects involving themed environments and immersive design. Based in Barcelona, this role combines technical leadership with team management, ensuring proper implementation of BIM processes, deliverable quality, and alignment with project objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define, implement, and oversee the global BIM strategy across projects, including development and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and corporate standards. * Supervise and ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of BIM models, drawings, and documentation across all project phases. * Lead and manage multidisciplinary BIM teams (coordinators and modelers), assigning resources, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring timely completion. * Coordinate and federate models from multiple disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, theming), ensuring data integrity and conflict resolution. * Manage collaborative environments in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC): project configuration, access control, versioning, workflows, and audits. * Oversee clash detection processes using Navisworks and ACC, leading resolution of issues with design teams. * Integrate complex and organic geometries (Rhino, 3ds Max, Maya) into the BIM environment, ensuring correct construction coordination. * Serve as the organization’s internal technical BIM reference point, driving innovation, automation, and continuous process improvement. * Collaborate closely with project leads on digital delivery strategy, planning, and resource optimization. * Develop and deliver BIM training, ensuring adherence to standards and team growth. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in Revit (latest versions) and Autodesk Construction Cloud. * Solid experience in BIM management and multidisciplinary coordination on complex projects. * Demonstrable experience delivering projects during construction/procurement phases (LOD 200–300 or higher). * Extensive experience in model federation and managing collaborative BIM environments. * Experience integrating complex models from tools such as Rhino, 3ds Max, or Maya. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline. * Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit) certification and/or buildingSMART IFC/BIM certifications. * Experience in advanced Revit family, parameter, and data structure management. * Knowledge of automation and scripting (Dynamo, Python). * Prior experience in themed entertainment, exhibitions, or immersive environments. * Ability to manage complex ecosystems with multiple linked models and version control. * Experience leading BIM teams, processes, and high-level coordination meetings.
