What will your main responsibilities be? * **Define, lead, and maintain the project’s BIM strategy** throughout its entire lifecycle. * Exercise BIM governance, ensuring compliance with **standards, processes, quality, deadlines, and contractual commitments**. * **Coordinate and manage internal and external BIM teams**, as well as cross-disciplinary, engineering, contractor, and supplier interactions. * **Manage complex interfaces between disciplines and companies**, anticipating risks and proposing mitigation measures. * **Oversee BIM progress**, issue management, clashes, and conflicts from an integrated project perspective. * Act as the primary **BIM liaison** with the client. * Lead the definition and monitoring of reporting, KPIs, and BIM dashboards. * Promote **best BIM practices**, continuous improvement, and a collaborative digital culture. * Ensure proper use of collaborative platforms (CDE), without involvement in operational modeling.
