For this scholarship, we are looking for recently graduated individuals in **Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration and Management, or Economics**, **or those pending completion of their final degree project (TFG)**, to join through a scholarship the department of **Network Business Opportunities Development**, in a role focused on **Network Development**. **What does the Unit do?** Unit functions: * Monitoring investments in strategic projects of Enel Grids Iberia. Activities will include, among others: continuous coordination with involved departments to identify risks in project execution, technical\-economic analysis of progress in activities, and preparation of ad hoc management reports and reports for Executive Committees. * Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with corporate guidelines within the national regulatory framework. * Collaborate with Institutional Relations, Finance and Control to identify funding opportunities in Iberia, negotiating agreements with public entities to finance subsidized projects. * Carry out management, monitoring and reporting activities for subsidized program projects. * Support affected units in creating value from new developments necessary for the energy transition. **What will you contribute to?** * Participation in the coordination of e\-distribution areas, monitoring investment in strategic projects, and supervising their technical and economic progress. * Analysis of budget deviations and technical objectives of individual and aggregated strategic plans, as well as their impact on network performance indicators, resource requirements, and replanning management. * Support in updating the application used to monitor strategic project plans, improving data management, automating processes at the data source, optimizing databases, and transferring results to dashboards. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION** \* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration and Management, or Economics. **ADDITIONAL SKILLS** \* * Office and project management tools. * Advanced knowledge of standard office applications (Access, Excel, Power BI, etc.)\- Knowledge of data analysis and management applications: Python, R, Matlab, etc. * Ability to gather technical specifications and develop software applications. * Teamwork skills. Creativity. Learning and communication abilities; initiative and proactivity. **LANGUAGES** \* * English (C1\) and knowledge of Italian will be valued. **What do we offer?** Internships at ENDESA, **SWING Program:** * Monthly study allowance of 900.00 € gross. * Schedule: Hybrid \- Full\-time. * Work location in Spain: **Sevilla \-** **AV Borbolla 5** Endesa scholarships last 12 months and consist of two parts: Practical Training in the Company and Academic Training. Practical Training in the Company involves full\-time work from Monday to Friday, 22 working days of annual leave, and a monthly study allowance of 900 € gross.
