Therefore, we offer a Scholarship Program for recent university graduates who wish to join a collaborative learning model focused on acquiring professional competencies. For this scholarship, we seek recent graduates in **Business Administration and Law**, **Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics**, ideally with a specialization in data analytics—or any similar degree—or those still completing their Final Year Project (TFG), to join the **Audit Department** in **Madrid** through a scholarship. **What does the Unit do?** This Unit conducts independent review activities and acts as the third line of defense, validating and verifying compliance with applicable internal and external policies, as well as ensuring the effective operation of Endesa’s defined internal control framework to mitigate the likelihood and impact of risks. **What will you contribute to?** During the internship, you will join the audit team and be responsible for reviewing and auditing the Organization’s key risks. At all times, you will be supervised by team members and collaborate on reviewing various tasks assigned under the Company’s audit plan and on tracking action plans. You will participate in supervising and testing controls within Endesa’s Compliance Systems and its Information Internal Control System; in designing large-scale analytical tests; in implementing improvements to audit processes (e.g., use of AI agents, digitalization of dashboards, etc.); in preparing reports for Senior Management and Governance Bodies; and in ensuring the quality of the Audit function. **What education and knowledge will be considered?** * Business Administration and Law, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering, or Mathematics degree * English C1 Additional knowledge/skills: * Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * Experience using AI tools (Copilot) * Analytical ability * Curiosity * Interpersonal skills **What do we offer?** Internship at ENDESA, **SWING Program:** * Monthly gross stipend of €900. * Schedule: Hybrid \- 35-hour weekly workweek * Workplace in Spain: Calle Ribera del Loira 60, 28042 Madrid Endesa internships last nine months and consist of two components: Practical Training within the Company and Academic Training. Practical Training within the Company follows a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, includes 17 working days of annual leave, and provides a gross monthly stipend of €900.
