We are over 23\.000 people across 20 countries—passionate about innovation and committed to making the world a better place by pushing boundaries every day to achieve what once seemed impossible. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** * Integrated financial planning for Training Programs and monitoring, providing information and analysis on variances, proposing corrective actions. * Annual forecasts of expenses and revenues, and control thereof. * Budget management based on data derived from Projects/Programs, reporting information and preparing reports to support decision-making. * Datasets captured from departments for economic control of Naval Training Programs, supporting Operational Planning and Economic Monitoring of Services. * Publication and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for naval training programs and projects. * Deliverables for risk and reserve control and monitoring across programs. * Billing plans, tracking of goods receipts, progress monitoring, and billing review—providing information and analysis on variances, proposing corrective actions. * Dashboards and reports. * Commercial budgets. * Billing and supplier payment control. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in financial management and control of military naval projects. * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience with SAP. * Languages: English at B2 level. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Quest Global is a place where we value curiosity, authenticity, and the talent of every individual.
