For upcoming projects, we require a **STRUCTURAL CALCULATION ENGINEER - ENERGY** in **Madrid**. **Responsibilities**: * **Structural analysis, design and verification** of steel and reinforced concrete structures in industrial and energy projects. * Development of **structural models using specialized software** (SAP2000, Fagus, IDEA StatiCa). * Review of **structural drawings, calculation reports and technical specifications**. * Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, piping, electrical) to ensure proper structural integration of the project. * Conducting **load analysis, load combinations and verification against applicable codes** (Eurocodes, CTE, AISC, etc.). * Evaluation and optimization of designs to **reduce costs and improve structural efficiency**. * **Technical support to project management** during basic engineering, detailed engineering and execution phases. * Preparation of **technical reports and calculation documentation** in compliance with client standards and regulations. **Requirements**: * Degree in **Civil, Industrial or Structural Engineering**, or equivalent. * **Minimum of 10 years' experience** in structural calculation within the energy, petrochemical or heavy industrial sectors, preferably in industrial plants. * Proficient in structural analysis tools: **SAP2000, Fagus, IDEA StatiCa**. * Additional knowledge in STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structural Designer, Cype or similar software will be valued. * Familiarity with international structural design codes (Eurocodes, AISC, API, etc.). * Ability to work in collaborative environments and international projects. * Intermediate to advanced level of technical English (German is a plus). * Results-oriented, detail-focused and strong analytical skills. **Work location**: * Madrid **What we offer**: * Permanent contract with immediate incorporation. * Involvement in large-scale energy projects (combined cycles, hydrogen, petrochemical). * Integration into a highly qualified technical team within a growing company. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training in calculation tools and international standards. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
