We are seeking a person to supervise the sorting hall at a poultry industry company located in Motilla del Palancar, Cuenca. The main task involves overseeing and coordinating sorting activities according to the specific characteristics of the products. Additionally, the candidate will manage work teams to achieve the established objectives for the unit. Responsibilities include organizing and planning production orders, always aiming to improve production processes. It is important to organize personnel and ensure delivery deadlines are met without compromising quality. Supervision of product storage, reporting any incidents, and ensuring compliance with the production plan, good practices, and work instructions are required, guaranteeing traceability at all times. Among other responsibilities is the design and control of the Production Plan based on sales area forecasts. Effectively managing the work team, providing coordination and necessary support, is also essential. Adequate coordination with other departments is required to ensure traceability and a robust process throughout the entire value chain. The company offers a direct employment contract and an annual gross salary ranging from 24,000 to 27,000€ approximately. Working hours are from Monday to Sunday, with corresponding rest days, on a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * Own vehicle required to access the workplace. * Minimum of 5 years of prior experience as a production supervisor in an industrial environment. * Immediate availability.
