You will be the person connecting management strategy with factory reality. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Process mapping: You will analyze the end-to-end manufacturing flow (from steel to finished machine), identifying bottlenecks and "waste". * Lean culture: You will practically implement continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, etc.), not just theoretically. * Field leadership: You will work side-by-side with section heads and operators.
