The role’s mission is to support the business across various human resources processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, and legal compliance. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** Labor Relations Management: Serve as the key point of contact for resolving any labor disputes and managing labor relations with a proactive and constructive approach. Advise leaders and employees on labor policies, current legislation, and HR best practices. Routine management of the labor framework (e.g., dismissals, MSCTs, transfers, disciplinary codes, inspections, etc.). Negotiation with Works Councils and Trade Unions. Organizational Development: Facilitate organizational change processes, helping employees and leaders adapt effectively. Participate in transformation and efficiency initiatives.
