Position Summary: We are seeking a SolidWorks Mechanical Design Engineer to join Téciman International, acting as a liaison between R&D and site management, and actively participating in the development and execution of construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. 3D design and modeling of structures and machinery for civil and railway construction. 2. Technical coordination between office and on-site execution. 3. Active participation in the development and improvement of proprietary machinery. The Téciman team’s approach is reflected in the work we perform for our clients. For new projects in the construction sector, we require a **SOLIDWORKS MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER**. The selected candidate will act as a liaison between the R&D department and site management, actively participating in project development and execution. **Main Responsibilities** * 3D design and modeling of structures, installations, and specialized machinery for civil construction and railway environments. * Development of assemblies and mechanical components in SolidWorks (focused on proprietary machinery and equipment). * Preparation of 2D and 3D construction drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Tekla). * Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis applied to structures and mechanical components. * Interpretation of drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. * Preparation of parts lists, bills of materials, and technical documentation. * Technical coordination between the technical office (R&D) and on-site execution. * Technical support during project execution phase (on-site installations, structures, and machinery). * Review and updating of technical documentation. * Participation in the development and improvement of the company’s proprietary machinery. **Requirements** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. * Experience in mechanical design within industrial, construction, or machinery environments. * Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Tekla. * Experience in 3D design and assembly development. * Experience or knowledge of Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly, and on-site working environments. * Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into design solutions. * Proactive profile with strong communication skills and capacity for cross-departmental collaboration. **Languages:** * English B2. **Location:** * Ciudad Real. **Offer** * Salary commensurate with proven experience. * Immediate incorporation. * Project-based and permanent contract.
