Requirements: **Education** Bachelor's Degree in Law + Master's in Legal Practice + Bar Admission Exam. **Experience and Skills** Minimum 3 years of experience in legal advisory services, preparation of disciplinary proceedings, and courtroom legal representation. Direct experience in labor law is mandatory. Membership in the Bar Association. Leadership and communication skills. **Other Requirements** Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Willingness and ability to travel and commute frequently.
