Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Technician for an office in Barcelona, responsible for payroll preparation and management, Social Security, IRPF, contractual management, and assistance during inspections. Assistance during inspections and client reporting We are looking for a Payroll Technician to join an office in Barcelona. The responsibilities are: **Payroll preparation and management** Monthly payroll calculation (base salary, allowances, bonuses, variable components). Calculation of arrears and adjustments. Application of collective bargaining agreements. Calculation of extra payments. Management of termination settlements and liquidations. **Social Security** Registrations, cancellations, and modifications via the RED system. Contracts (registration with SEPE). Reporting of sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, and work-related accidents. Calculation and review of social security contributions. Filing of social security returns (RLC/RNT). **IRPF and tax obligations** Calculation of IRPF withholding taxes. Annual adjustments. Forms 111 and 190\.Withholding tax certificates. **Basic contractual management** Preparation of standard employment contracts. Salary annexes. Contract extensions. Expiration notifications. **Assistance during inspections** Preparation of labor documentation. Reconciliation of social security contributions. Technical support to legal counsel. **Client reporting** Employer cost analysis. Salary simulations. Impact assessment of salary increases.
