Job Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising transportation routes; managing systems; negotiating contracts; and ensuring regulatory compliance in logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Maximize transportation efficiency and minimize costs. 2. Implement and maintain transportation management systems (TMS). 3. Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with logistics providers. **What You Can Expect** **: 1\-Plan and coordinate transportation routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. 2\- Supervise vehicle and driver scheduling and assignment. 3\- Monitor transportation KPIs and make adjustments as needed. 4\- Implement and maintain transportation management systems (TMS). 5\- Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation service providers. 6\- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers. 7\- Evaluate provider performance and take corrective actions when necessary. 8\- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety policies. 9\- Maintain accurate records of all transportation and logistics activities. 10\- Manage and resolve incidents related to freight transportation. 11\- Analyze transportation data and generate performance and cost reports. 12\- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in transportation operations. 13\- Prepare periodic reports for management on the status of logistics operations. 14\- Participate in strategic transportation tenders for the Delegation. **What You Bring:** * Proven experience as a Traffic/ Warehouse Manager or similar role. * Experience in transportation and logistics or trade (national / international) is preferred. * In-depth knowledge of transportation management processes and systems. * Practical knowledge of transportation management software (TMS). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational and leadership abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
