Job Summary: Leads and manages projects and construction works to guarantee the highest quality standards and Alcampo's objectives, supervising the work of contracted professionals. Ensure sustainability objectives are met during project development. If selected, your mission will be to lead and manage projects and construction works, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards as well as Alcampo's defined objectives. Your main responsibilities will be: * Estimate project resource requirements. * Carry out preliminary design and detailed design phases. * Contract companies involved in the project. * Direct and manage construction works. * Supervise the work of contracted professionals and ensure compliance with defined quality standards. * Perform PAC valuations. * Provide timely responses and seek agile solutions to guarantee achievement of objectives. * Ensure that sustainability objectives set by Auchan Retail are met during project development. We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food, and people, and if you have: * Degree in Engineering (Civil, Roads, Industrial, etc.). * 3–5 years of experience. * Technical knowledge of regulations related to electricity, HVAC, and industrial refrigeration. * Intermediate-level proficiency in AUTOCAD. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English and/or French. * Valid driver's license is mandatory. * Availability to travel outside the office for 3 days per week. * Working hours from Monday to Thursday: 9:00–18:00 hrs; Friday until 15:00, with flexible start and end times. * 1 remote working day (Tuesday to Thursday)...
