Purchasing Technician

Description

We are looking for a **PURCHASING TECHNICIAN** to manage the acquisition of materials and components required for the manufacturing of power transformers, autotransformers, and transformer substations, ensuring the optimal balance among quality, cost, delivery lead time, and commercial terms. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Procurement and supply management of raw materials and components. * Requesting, comparing, and negotiating quotations with national and international suppliers. * Order tracking and monitoring of delivery schedules. * Coordination with production, warehouse, and engineering departments. * Sourcing and qualification of new suppliers. * Stock level control and purchase requirement planning. * Documentation management related to purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. * Monitoring and resolution of supplier-related issues. * Using the company's ERP system for purchasing management and traceability. **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Business Administration and Finance, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply departments, preferably in an industrial environment. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English (experience dealing with international suppliers is a plus). * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Strong organizational, negotiation, and teamwork skills. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven individual. **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday. * Work-life balance measures, including a compressed workweek on Fridays (8:00–14:00) and during summer (8:00–15:00). * Positive and collaborative working environment. * Competitive salary based on experience and value added.
