As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with a **C-UAS Systems Engineer**, to join a strategic R&D project.
**What will you do?**
---------------
* Participate in Systems Engineering activities across the entire lifecycle, from definition through validation.
* Analyze, define, and specify complex systems in C-UAS environments.
* Manage and analyze requirements, ensuring consistency, coherence, and traceability.
* Attend progress meetings with other project partners.
* Contribute to integration, verification, and validation (V&V) processes.
* Define and prepare test documentation (PDR, CDR, TRR, FDR).
* ✅ Analyze requirement compliance against test results.
* Work with requirements management tools, especially DOORS.

* Experience in Systems Engineering.
* Experience in requirements management (DOORS).
* Knowledge of V&V processes.
* International project experience is a plus.
* INCOSE knowledge.
* Ability to negotiate and collaborate with clients and partners.
* English proficiency at B2 level.

**What does our selection process look like?**

* **Profile Review**: We assess your experience and skills to determine alignment with our needs.
* **Initial Contact (5–10 min)**: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it’s our team! A brief conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
* **Technical Interview**: You’ll meet the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We’ll also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, short psychological and English competency assessments will be conducted.
* **Offer and Onboarding**: If everything goes well, you’ll join our team and begin this new chapter together!
