What will you do in this role? * Daily administrative management linked to operations, logistics or production (depending on the site). * Registration, control and tracking of operational documentation. * Coordination with various departments to ensure proper information flow. * Updating internal systems and corporate tools. * Support in planning tasks, reporting and basic data analysis. * Handling and managing incidents related to the area. * Collaboration in continuous improvement of administrative processes. What are we looking for? * Higher vocational qualification, or studies in Administration, International Trade or similar fields. * Prior experience in administrative or logistics environments. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Ability to learn, sense of responsibility and quality orientation. * Forklift license is a plus.
