If selected, your mission—as part of the store team—will be to ensure the store’s operational performance during your shift through management of commercial activities and the team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Maintaining the store in good condition. * Ensuring product and promotion information is available and clear, using signage, displays, floor markers, promotional staging, etc. * Verifying correct implementation of permanent standards and commercial initiatives. * Ensuring smooth operation and flow at checkouts. Performing cash drawer controls and/or customer payments at checkouts. * Carrying out necessary administrative tasks in-store. * Recording and communicating payroll and personnel management information to the HR team. * Preparing and conducting scheduled stocktakes. * Managing losses and alerts. Please read the requirements carefully.* Vocational Training Qualification (e.g., Administrative Management, Dietetics, Executive Assistance, etc.) or Higher Vocational Training Qualification.
