Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring a consistent, efficient, and cost-effective flow of materials and services, managing the end-to-end supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize processes and digitize the supply chain Procurement and Supply Manager with advanced English proficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the flow of materials and services remains consistent, efficient, and cost-effective. We seek someone capable of managing the end-to-end supply chain—from selecting international suppliers to inventory management and inbound logistics. Main Responsibilities **Strategic Management:** Identify and develop global supplier panels, conducting tenders and quality audits. **International Negotiation:** Lead negotiations in English on pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, and service-level agreements. **Supply Planning:** Coordinate with production and sales to ensure optimal stock levels (avoiding stockouts and excessive storage costs). **Logistics Management:** Oversee import logistics, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and delivery deadlines. **Process Optimization:** Implement improvements in the procurement cycle and digitization of the supply chain. Technical Requirements **Languages:** English at C1 level (technical test required). A second foreign language is desirable. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in procurement and supply departments, preferably within multinational environments. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent. **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in SAP (MM module) or Microsoft Dynamics, and expert-level Excel skills. **Knowledge:** Solid foundation in supply chain risk management and cost analysis. Skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making orientation. Resilience to work in global environments across different time zones.
