Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead the commercial strategy in Cuba, drive growth, and guide the sales team to achieve targets. Key Highlights: 1. We require a sales-experienced individual to head the commercial strategy in Cuba. You will play a key role in implementing and enhancing plans to boost the growth of our operations. Your work will involve serious commercial administration within a dynamic market offering opportunities for expansion. You will be responsible for guiding the sales team, ensuring achievement of set targets and maintaining high performance levels. This includes strategic planning and market analysis, as well as identifying new business opportunities and improving current sales methods. It is essential to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. We seek someone with proven experience in consumer goods sales, particularly in Food and Beverage. A degree in Business Administration is appreciated, along with strong English proficiency. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles is expected, demonstrating skills in team management, international business, negotiation, and deal closure. Demonstrable commercial experience in consumer goods sales (mandatory in Food and Beverage). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. English level C1. Ability to manage teams, international trade, food and beverage, negotiation, and sales closing. Minimum 3 years of experience.
