Your main mission will be warehouse management: optimizing, streamlining, and developing processes as well as coordinating the human team. Main responsibilities include, among others: * Pursuing efficiency and effectiveness of all warehouse operational processes. * Coordinating, motivating, and developing the team, as well as creating warehouse staff shift schedules. * Warehouse control and monitoring of goods loading and unloading. * Coordinating and planning warehouse personnel activities. * Preparing statistics and tracking goods. **What requirements must you meet?** * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Crossdock Warehouse Manager in logistics and international transport companies. * Higher Vocational Education degree in Transport and Logistics, International Trade, or similar. * Intermediate to advanced level of English. **What do we offer?** If you enjoy challenges, have experience in transportation, and wish to grow as a Warehouse Manager, we want to meet you!
