Position Summary: We are seeking a Program and Project Leader within the Systems Directorate to organize, coordinate, and ensure the success of business strategic objectives, managing cross-functional impacts. If selected, you will join the Systems Directorate team, and your mission will be to lead cross-functional, multi-project programs aligned with the department’s strategic objectives—organizing and coordinating all projects within the program scope to ensure business objective success. Additionally, you will manage cross-functional impacts among different Systems areas arising from your program’s projects. Responsibilities: * Lead programs and direct projects, assuming responsibility for achieving objectives—from definition with end users through to implementation—coordinating all actions and stakeholders involved. * Coordinate with our parent company in France on projects and maintenance of the financial/accounting environment in Oracle Financials. * Ensure deliverable quality and adherence to methodology standards. * Coordinate proper implementation of all program deliverables and necessary user training. * Participate in the project development team, primarily in definition, design, integration, and implementation tasks. * Contribute technical and functional ideas to deliver business solutions. * Develop technical, business, and management expertise; maintain a holistic view of applications within the assigned area. * Be accountable for delivering assigned projects and tasks on time and to the required quality, as well as for coordinating cross-functional impacts of projects across other departments. * Organize, guide, monitor, and evaluate personnel assigned to program projects. * Serve as backup and potential successor to the Business Solutions Manager for the Administrative Area, managing a team of 10–15 internal/external staff. Technical Knowledge: * Development of J2EE and AS400 applications, and application integration. * Agile methodologies / Jira - Financial environments – Oracle Financials * Proficiency in office software and Google Suite; BigQuery knowledge is valued. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00; Friday until 15:00, with flexible start/end times. * One remote workday per week (Tuesday–Thursday)...
