At CELO, we are looking for a **Procurement Technician** for our Construction Division Spain. ##### **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting planning and tracking of supplier orders. * Coordinating material collection with suppliers and freight forwarders. * Managing material receipt and delivery with the warehouse according to availability. * Issuing purchase orders in the system and tracking them until receipt. * Communicating material availability and delivery dates to the commercial team/Customer Service. * Verifying delivery notes and import invoices. * Resolving incidents occurring during procurement and transportation. * Analyzing stockouts and proposing alternative supply options. ##### **What we are looking for** * Education in Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field. * Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing, with at least 2 years. * Advanced level of English. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP management tools. * Strong organizational skills, results orientation, and communication abilities. ##### **What we offer** * Opportunity to join a leading industrial company with international growth. * Stable position. * Full-time role with flexible working hours. * Continuous training. * Flexible Compensation Plan (collective health insurance, meal vouchers, etc.). * Well-being Program offering unlimited psychological support, coaching, and personal, financial, and legal advisory services.
