We are looking to hire a Process Engineer for our Córdoba production plant, with a hybrid technical–management profile, to lead the launch of new products and act as a liaison between R&D and Operations. The mission of this role is to ensure efficient, optimized, and goal-aligned industrialization—meeting cost, schedule, and quality objectives. What will you do? Lead the deployment of new products from the design phase through to production ramp-up. Coordinate schedules, technical milestones, and industrialization activities. Act as the liaison point between R&D and Operations teams. Collaborate on the design and optimization of productive workflows. Participate in the design of tooling, test stations, and industrial equipment. Define, maintain, and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. What are we looking for in you? Go ahead—explore our proposal and tell us what you can bring to the team! ✅ Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics or Telecommunications, or Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Electronics, Maintenance or Telecommunications. ✅ Over 3 years’ experience in industrializing complex products, preferably in sectors such as Defense, Aerospace or Automotive. ✅ Knowledge of industrialization and production processes (intermediate level). ✅ Experience in process engineering and support to test engineering in production. ✅ Ability to manage timelines, resources and multidisciplinary teams. ✅ High level of English, both spoken and written. Especially valued: Experience using SAP, especially in production, materials management or purchase requisition (SOLPED) modules. Knowledge of electronics and/or RF.
