Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that each customer receives efficient logistics solutions fully tailored to their specific needs. You will be responsible for customer loyalty, building solid relationships based on trust and an in-depth understanding of their requirements. This includes rate development and management, requesting quotations from various logistics providers—such as shipping lines and freight forwarders—and closely supervising every step. Your strategic vision will also be crucial for identifying new business opportunities and improving contact management, thereby driving growth within the sales department. Agility in communication is essential: you must provide flexible responses and solutions aligned with customer requests, ensuring a positive experience and high-quality logistics service. One to three years’ experience in commercial support or sales roles within the logistics sector. B2 level English proficiency is essential for international communication.
