The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for end-to-end management of material shipments to Zanzibar, ensuring documentary, customs, and operational compliance for maritime or air operations. They will coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, international carriers, and internal teams to guarantee safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate maritime and air shipments to Zanzibar, identifying the optimal option in terms of cost, transit time, and reliability. * Manage bookings with shipping lines or freight forwarders. * Track international transportation (tracking) until arrival in Tanzania/Zanzibar. * Prepare and control international documentation: * Verify that documentation complies with customs requirements, Spanish export regulations, and Tanzanian/Zanzibari import regulations. * Coordinate with customs agents for export clearance and supervise documentation required for import at destination. * Manage documentation for special goods (ADR, technical materials, specific equipment). * Proactively monitor incidents during transit, port stopovers, port closures, or itinerary changes. * Verify transport invoices and validate logistics costs.
