We value talent, innovation, and commitment to sustainability. **What will you do daily?** As an Export/Import Technician, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support for our domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient commercial flows. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Customer order planning tracking:** Manage and monitor orders from receipt through final delivery, coordinating with relevant departments. * **Logistics transit supervision:** Conduct thorough tracking of shipments—both domestic and international—ensuring adherence to deadlines and proper handling of incidents. * **Customs coordination for shipments:** Manage and prepare necessary documentation for customs clearance, ensuring compliance with current regulations and facilitating the movement of goods across borders. **What are we looking for?** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a clear focus on domestic and international logistics and customs management. * **Education:** Professional or university-level education in International Trade, Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred. * **Languages:** Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with international partners and suppliers. * **Competencies:** * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Attention to detail and rigor in document handling. * Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making. * Proactivity and teamwork capability. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * **Documentary packages (air/sea):** Proficiency in managing and processing documentation required for air and sea shipments. * **Knowledge of Incoterms:** In-depth understanding of international trade terms and their practical application in operations. * **Knowledge of secure air cargo (Known Consignor \- KC):** Understanding of procedures and requirements for secure air transport. * **Transport quotation assessment (sea/air):** Experience in requesting and analyzing maritime and air freight quotations. * **Advanced Excel and office software skills:** Expert-level use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting, as well as other office productivity tools. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and a leader in the renewable energy sector. * Permanent contract and competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Professional development opportunities and continuous training. * A collaborative and professional work environment. * Location: Mallén, Zaragoza.
