Your Mission We are looking for an Event Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering unique experiences, this is the place for you. What Will You Do Daily? * Provide administrative support to the Sales and Events team, ensuring efficient information management. * Plan, organize, and oversee all operational aspects of events, from the first interaction through to closure. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies, ensuring clear and personalized communication at each stage. * Coordinate with all internal departments (F\&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance) to guarantee smooth execution. * Monitor and update the weekly forecast jointly with the Sales Director, tracking goals and defining commercial strategies to achieve them. * Prepare budgets, manage costs, and ensure profitability for each event, including invoicing and collections. * Lead and develop the team of Coordinators and Executives by assigning tasks, training on standards, and ensuring process compliance. * Monitor potential, provisional, and lost business; conduct post-event analysis and propose improvements. * Ensure accurate information management in systems (Opera, Envision, Reserve) and adherence to SOPs and regulations. * Attend tastings, inspections, and key events to ensure client satisfaction. * Coordinate customer payments via bank transfer or credit card, ensuring timely settlement, account closing for invoicing, and commission processing for agencies, where applicable. * Participate in the Duty Roster (operational on-call/shift responsibilities). Qualifications What Would We Like You to Bring? * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. * Advanced level of English and Spanish (C1\). * Minimum 4\-6 years of experience in event management within luxury hotels, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. * Knowledge of the MICE market and negotiation skills. * Advanced proficiency in Opera system and event management tools. * Competencies: leadership, organization, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
