




We are looking for a student of Vocational Training (FP) in Protocol and Event Organization to join our Madrid coworking space as a Corporate Event Assistant. Responsibilities * Support in setting up and breaking down corporate events. * Logistics coordination with catering, sound technicians, decoration, and transportation. * Inventory management of materials (decoration, furniture, beverages, stationery). * Reception and assistance for speakers, guests, and participants. * Support in room protocols (seating arrangements, schedules, VIP attention). * Administrative and communication support for events (invitations, follow-ups). * Requirements * Student enrolled in a Higher Vocational Training (FP) program in Protocol and Event Organization (or similar: Show Production, International Trade, Marketing and Advertising with an events focus). * Organized, proactive, and physically energetic person (setting up, breaking down, moving materials). * Teamwork skills and stress resilience (unexpected situations, last-minute changes). * Strong interpersonal skills and people-oriented attitude (will interact with clients and suppliers). * Basic proficiency in digital tools (Excel/Sheets, Canva, Zoho or similar).
