Proposed training plan Zooplus is a leading e-commerce company specialized in pet products. Founded in Germany in 1999, the company has become one of the key European players in the sector, offering a wide range of products and services through its online store. Zooplus Services ESP SL, its Spanish subsidiary, is part of this international ecosystem, adding value in strategic areas such as user experience, technology, and digital marketing. The intern will join the Experience & Optimization team, a key department for the continuous improvement of users' digital experience. This department works closely with product, marketing, and technology teams, leading testing, optimization, and analysis initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates on Zooplus's web platform. Training Objectives During the internship, the student will: * **Learn how to design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments** as a key tool for data-driven decision-making. * **Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies** and consumer behavior knowledge in real-world contexts. * **Develop data analysis skills**, using Excel and other tools to evaluate test effectiveness. * **Improve teamwork abilities**, interacting with multidisciplinary profiles (marketing, tech, product). * **Gain experience with project management tools** such as Jira and Confluence, and in creating documentation and reports. Mentorship and Follow-up The intern will be supported by a company mentor, Sergio Palomino Sánchez, Team Lead of the Digital Experimentation & Optimization team. Training objectives will be set from the beginning, with periodic reviews to assess progress and provide feedback. This structure ensures a fully educational experience tailored to the student's learning pace.
