To achieve this, the talent of our teams remains our cornerstone. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Reporting to the Sector Manager, your mission will be to personally and through team coordination contribute to customer satisfaction and sales growth. **YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include:** Motivating and engaging the team by example—setting priorities, ensuring organizational efficiency, coordinating sales staff availability on the sales floor, overseeing daily tasks, and consistently upholding safety standards (PPE, load handling, hazardous materials, etc.). Ensuring proper customer service by actively promoting sales aligned with customer needs to guarantee satisfaction. Understanding and communicating the sales plan for each product category.
