If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and enjoy communicating with customers and internal teams, this could be your opportunity! **Responsibilities** Register and manage orders in the ERP system (JDE Edwards \& SAP4\), ensuring accuracy and reliability. Act as the liaison between factory planning and the customer, coordinating availability and shipment dates. Resolve inquiries regarding order tracking, delivery timelines, logistical requirements, modifications, documentation, and more. Manage order shipping, including arranging transportation, export, customs, and preparation of documentation. **What We're Looking For** ✅ Minimum of **1 year** of experience in a similar role. ✅ Education in **Business Administration, Law, Translation and Interpretation**, or **Higher Vocational Training in International Trade**. ✅ Advanced level of **English** (mandatory); **French** valued as a second language. ✅ Experience in **international trade** and export documentation management will be considered a plus. **What We Offer** We value our employees and are committed to their growth and well-being.
