Your main responsibilities may include: * Supporting the management and development of relationships with clients and travel agencies, with a focus on loyalty and effective incident resolution. * Collaborating in the optimization and commercialization of strategic services for independent hotels, negotiating terms and advising on sales strategy. * Handling and managing international requests and reservations, performing follow-ups, confirmations, and modifications to deliver high-quality service. * Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and achievement of commercial objectives. What Are We Looking For? * Recent graduates in Tourism, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or Philology (vocational training cycles and undergraduate degrees). * Advanced level of English; additional languages are valued. * Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer orientation. * Proactive profile with enthusiasm for professional growth within a dynamic and multicultural environment. * Prior experience (though not mandatory) in travel agencies, hotels, customer service, or reservations is appreciated.
