We are seeking to incorporate a trainee or junior profile into our team to support the business development department from our offices in the city of Jaén. The selected candidate will join a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with a strong technological focus and international market orientation. **Responsibilities** Key responsibilities will include, among others: * Conduct market research in national and international industrial sectors. * Identify new business opportunities and application segments for our technologies. * Build databases of leads and strategic contacts. * Support commercial prospecting through direct outreach (email/LinkedIn/calls). * Prepare business intelligence reports and competitive analysis. * Collaborate in planning marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities. * Assist in CRM management and sales pipeline tracking. **Requirements:** Previous experience or knowledge in the following areas will be valued: * Market analysis methods and business development strategies. * Prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar. * Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools. * Intermediate-to-advanced English level (ability to hold conversations or write professional emails). **Education:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Trade, or related fields. * Engineering profiles with a strong interest in business development will also be considered. **We offer** The opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team where organizational culture is based on trust and open communication.
