We seek a candidate passionate about the transportation industry, with solid sector experience—particularly in Full Truckload (FTL) international transportation—and experience in international environments who wishes to join our Operations team. Your primary mission will be: To create transportation solutions according to customer needs, ensuring financial profitability of the services delivered and customer satisfaction, using available fixed capacity and transactional resources. **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Forwarding** * Conduct direct contact with external companies—typically subcontractors—who usually carry out the desired shipments to finalize one-way agreements. * Develop negotiation processes with potential subcontractors. * If insufficient cargo exists for the available fleet, source additional loads via Wtransnet after failing to secure more loads through the Sales team and the Reload project. * Ensure that data related to ongoing shipments—and once completed—are updated on our platform. People and Culture * Ensure performance evaluations are conducted and next-year objectives are defined. * Review objectives mid-year (mid-year review), considering the period already elapsed and forecasts for remaining months, adjusting as necessary to reflect the individual’s current responsibilities or business realities. * Coordinate execution of activities defined throughout the year for the Delegation. **What You Need to Succeed at XPO:** At minimum, you must: * Speak fluent French and/or English, which you’ll use daily in your role. * Have experience managing and leading geographically dispersed teams. * Be dynamic. * Be results-oriented.
