Your Mission Ensure that the goods we need—regardless of their origin—arrive on time and in perfect condition, with flawless documentation and increasingly refined processes. You will join the Logistics team within the Operations department, collaborating with suppliers and freight forwarders worldwide and closely coordinating with other departments such as Warehouse, Product, and Accounting. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities **Shipment and Transportation Coordination** * Review and consolidate orders in SAP, verify stock availability, and select the appropriate transport mode. * Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to secure shipment dates. * Review pre-shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists) and validate final shipping documents. **Customs Management** * Search for and confirm tariff classifications in TARIC. * Instruct customs brokers and review Single Administrative Documents (SADs) and other customs clearance documents. **Warehouse Inbound Tracking** * Monitor containers and proactively communicate delays. * Coordinate with the warehouse team for delivery management and update tracking files. **Document Management** * Collect, archive, and validate all import documentation. * Resolve incidents with freight forwarders and verify received goods against invoiced quantities. **Continuous Improvement** * Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation and cost-optimization initiatives.
