Your Mission We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering unique experiences, this is your place. What Will You Do Daily? * Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a sincere, brand-spirited experience from the very first point of contact. * Monitor and resolve any issues arising during a guest’s stay, guaranteeing 100% satisfaction before check-out. * Set monthly goals and conduct daily tracking of departmental KPIs, guest satisfaction surveys, and loyalty programs. * Assign rooms respecting each reservation’s requests and preferences. * Ensure transparent and accurate cash handling in accordance with Hotel policies. * Maintain seamless communication with Housekeeping and Room Service departments regarding room assignments, room moves, new reservations, upselling, and guest requests, etc. * Promote a business mindset aimed at maximizing hotel revenue. * Manage resources efficiently in line with Hotel and Department policies and procedures. * Ensure staff are properly trained to fulfill their responsibilities, collaborating with the Training Department and delivering instruction aligned with Company philosophy and techniques. * Represent the Thompson brand in every interaction—creating emotional connections and consistently driving unique, unforgettable experiences that foster guest loyalty to the Thompson brand specifically and Hyatt overall. Qualifications What Would We Like You to Bring? * Advanced English proficiency (C1) with demonstrable international experience. * Prior team management experience.
