Reporting to the Sector Manager, your mission will be to contribute—both individually and through team coordination—to customer satisfaction and sales development. YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include: Motivating and engaging the team by example—setting priorities, ensuring organizational efficiency, coordinating seller availability on the sales floor, and overseeing daily operational tasks—all while maintaining safety standards (PPE, load handling, hazardous products, etc.). Ensuring proper customer service by actively promoting sales aligned with customer needs to guarantee satisfaction. Understanding and communicating the sales plan for each product category. Maintaining the assigned section by ensuring timely restocking and inventory reliability through regular stocktaking and effective zone management. WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE? Minimum 3 years’ experience leading and coordinating teams at the point of sale. Experience in large-scale retail and/or retail environments. Technical higher education or commerce-related qualifications (Vocational Training, undergraduate degree, or university degree) are highly valued.
